Invitation to tender

Objectives

ORASECOM wishes to procure the services of a Supplier to undertake the following;

Supply and delivery of equipment for /Ai-/Ais National Park and Dreihuk Prosopis harvesting sites, in Namibia with specifications as stipulated in the table 1:

Eligibility criteria for tenderer:

Companies that are registered with Namibia to supply equipment should Submit Tax registration and certificate indicating that the company is up to date with its tax responsibilities.

i. Clarification of the tender documents must be received by the Procuring Entity no later than 1700hrs (Namibia time) on 4th August 2023.

ii. The prices and rates are to be stated in Namibian Dollars

iii. The closing time for submission of tender offers is: 1200hrs on 14th August 2023, Namibian local time. No late submissions will be accepted.

iv. Telephonic or facsimile tender offers will not be accepted.

v. The Evaluation Method is: Least Cost Selection- Supplies Evaluation Method
